About Zoisa Holder

Zoisa Holder is a certified Body Control Pilates® teacher who has worked throughout the UK and internationally within the Health, Education, Leisure and Spa Industry for 12 years. After attaining a BA (Hons) in Dance and Drama with Sports Studies at DMU, Bedford in 1995 and teaching dance in secondary schools, Zoisa went on to study Aerobics, Body Balance, Reiki, Pilates and Massage. As a Pilates Instructor and Therapist, her main focus is to promote fun, enjoyment as well as a greater understanding and awareness of ourselves on various levels, especially the mind, body and spirit connection.

Massage

Zoisa trained in Altai Massage and combines this with what she has learned from extensive movement based activities including Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Fitness, Massage and studies in physiology and anatomy, plus the Energy Work she has studied with Dr Susan Anthony. Zoisa’s dynamic and intuitive teaching and bodywork enables her to go deep. She combines this intuitive approach with an expert understanding of how the body works, including all the internal systems, muscles, bones, skeletal structure, nerves, tissue, ligaments and fascia. It's a magical combination of knowledge and intuition.

DANCE WORKSHOPS

Zoisa has a BA (Hons) in Dance with Sports Studies and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education in Dance, RSA Exercise to Music. Her work is centred around a Whole Being approach to Movement, Health and Fitness, Bodywork and Nutrition.
